Duck Rice

Packaging work for Xanh (meaning green in Vietnamese), Duck Rice is their first product. Very simply, rice is grown as naturally as possible, the ducks live in the paddies and their everyday habits keep the crop fertilized and free of pests. Xanh also promote a fairer deal for farmers. Working closely with the client I produced clean, fresh packaging to reflect the philosophy of the product. A wonderful coincidence allowed me give them a duck in the typography.

Britishisms

There are certain preferences, quirks, idiosyncrasies, ways of doing things and of having things done, manners and mannerisms that are singularly British. Britishisms. This folio of greeting cards uniquely celebrates some of those proclivities. Britishisms is a collaboration between myself and Joanna Gregores. They were featured on itsnicethat.com. Rebranding Edge

Though the logotype is unremarkable in itself the branding works simply by a rule that one always uses an edge - not only illustrating the literal meaning of the word but also going someway to articulating the agency vision. Part of the challenge was also to ensure each division of edge is clearly defined and yet has common ground.

The coloured lights evolved from refining the 5 key things that we wanted to say about the company and representing them in some physical form. Rather than using 3d renderings we opted for the imperfect and actually had the lights made in neon.

Wildlife At Risk

Wild animals are becoming harder to spot in Vietnam. The animals at the rescue centre are often taken from horrendous situations. The centre rehabilitates them aiming to place them back in the wild. Unfortunately this isn’t always possible. The WAR team work in very trying circumstances, the problems are multifaceted and come from every level imaginable. Every tourist that visits raises awareness of the problems. Every t-shirt and bottle of water sold helps develop the centre.
